first check the DL(Demand List)/SL(skilled list) in the immigration website, don't trust any consultant. in general PR process might take 6months to one year. if you are lucky it might come within a month also.
Are there any stamping dates available at Mumbai consulate in march 2012?
I applied for my H1B this year .At the time of filing the application I mentioned London as the preferred location for the Interview. However, I might be shifting back to India pretty soon and I may not be in UK at the time of stamping. Will that be a problem? Will I be able to attend the interview in India.
