If you are a fresher you don’t have to ponder over the question a lot, just tell them that you are looking forward to work in the field you have always been interested in. However, if you are experienced and have worked previously in other hospitals then, you will have to be a little more cautious while answering this question. Don’t just say that you are looking for better prospects, instead talk about the skills that will help you provide the employer with profits in the industry.
