If SYSVOL folder is not properly created data stores in SYSVOL such are scripts, GPO, etc will not be replicated between DCs.

First verify the following folder structure is created in SYSVOL.

★ Domain

★ Staging

★ Staging areas

★ Sysvol

Then verify necessary shares are created.
