⟩ Suppose I am trying to sign in to my BlackBerry Internet Service Account, but I am getting this error message “The User ID and Password provided are invalid. Please re-enter your User ID and Password and try again.” What should I do?

First, verify that you’re entering the correct User ID and password. If you can’t remember your password, you can have a new one sent to your device:

Go to the BlackBerry website.

Click Forgot Password?

Enter your User ID in the User name field.

Click Request Password.

A new password will be sent to your device, which you can use to sign in to your BlackBerry Internet Service account.
