⟩ What is employee MAPPING in recruitment?

It is a mapping technique to assess the performances

and potentials of the employees. This provides a clear

picture which employee is performing well and which

employee has more potential and need training. It is

helpful for performance apprisal and reward/salary

determination too. The procedure can be applied during

recruitment. But for accurate mapping it is necessary that

the employee should have worked for few months. Using tools

for mapping can also yield proxy-results which can be used

by the employer during selection.
