One improvement that is used in school that involves ICT or should be implemented is the  Interactive Flat Panel Display (IFPD). They don't require a ceiling mount because they're all-in-one. 
This eliminates the need to rewire a ceiling or break into   walls.It's just like a flat tv simply plug into an outlet. It's best for blended learning. Teachers can monitor their students online.
