Many. I would go through delinquent accounts and send out letters or call if needed. I would have to discuss each account with the customer is they had questions. I would take payments of all forms and post to the correct account. Something I would have to send out invoices and ledgers to customer for their records and billing. Even with termite reports we would do work and would have to send out work agreement to be singed and collect payment. Also doing real estate transactions with Section reports was very important to get all escrow information for the billing purposes.
