I was a part of a group project in college. Everyone of us were from different backgrounds, had different interests and activities. During our initial meeting everyone was debating who could do what. I sat and listened and decided I would take the lead and then delegated responsibilities to each member.
I am always working on improving my communications skills to be a more effective presenter. I recently joined Toastmasters which I find very helpful.
Sometimes I have trouble delegating duties to others. This has sometimes backfired because I’d end up with more work than I could handle. I’ve since taken courses in time management and learned more effective delegation techniques and I’m happy to say that my last several team projects were a great success.

In that type of setting, the most important thing to do is be observant, alert and proactive. With larger crowds, issues have the tendency to escalate quickly because of the magnitude of the crowd. To avoid that I would assess and tend to smaller problems as soon as they arise. Additionally, when the crowd is moving it's crucial the maintain the flow and direction to keep things running smoothly.
This shows that the interviewer is quite caring and polite. He or she wants to put the candidate to ease before getting down to serious business. You can politely answer, “ I am very well thank you.”
This answer is extremely clear cut for me. A weapon should be used for the sole purpose of a life-threatening situation and as a last resort. My main goal is to protect myself and everyone around me, even those that appear to be a threat to themselves. If I come across a case that is non-fatal and there are other means of settling the problem, then resorting to the use of any weapon is unnecessary.
