Eldercare companions may read to their clients, play games or assemble puzzles, or simply provide companionship and conversation. No special training is required for housekeeper/companion jobs. In some cases companions may liaise with family members and discuss ways to make the client's life easier or more comfortable. Pay for these jobs are usually around $10.00 per hour.
